Customer Review: Love the height of Cabin Tent & easy to set up
I looked all over the internet to find a tent that had high ceilings since I am tall. I also wanted a tent that was easy to set up. I am not disappointed at all and would buy the same tent again. It takes around 20-30 minutes to set up and very easy step by step instructions. The Coleman has a very good warranty. Amazon offers at the best price because I spent alot of time on computer comparing prices.
Customer Review: coleman cabin tent - excellent
Did quite a bit of searching for the perfect family camping tent. Finally decided on this one because of the straight walls and nice height. The tent more than meets my expectations. Although it is much easier if two people set up the tent, it is actually easier to set up than many dome tents. Warning: you must use the tie downs on the end to keep the angled poles from collapsing to the center. Very high side wraps keep ground water out (in Florida that's a must). The only problem I have is that the carry strap on the bag pulled out on the second lift. You'll likely have to rig a carry strap, however, this tent is for "car camping" which means you wouldn't want to carry it far anyway. My recommendation: get one and enjoy the good life!

If you want to indulge in some delicious and wholesome meals, even while camping, dutch oven and camp cooking is the answer for you. A oven is a cousin of the portable oven, which gives you the freedom to fry, roast, roast or even boil you food wherever you may go. Now, with the help of the oven, it is possible to prepare just about any dish you would prepare in your kitchen at home. Dutch oven and camp cooking lends your food a distinct and wonderful taste.

In fact, once you learn about the host of advantages these ovens provide, they would not seem expensive to you at all. From an energizing breakfast to keep you up and about all day, to a hearty meal at night, which would ensure a good nights' sleep, all are the workings of the oven. You can even indulge in some sinful desserts while camping, with the help of camp cooking and a dutch oven.

Once you have the oven, you do not need to carry any other camp-cooking device with you. In fact, if you take good care of the oven and take the necessary precautions, these ovens will last you a lifetime of camping trips. We are thus enlisting a few tips on how best to take care of your oven. Also mentioned are the things to avoid ensuring that it lasts long.

1. If you allow water to be in contact with your oven for a long period of time, whether the water is inside the oven or outside, even the oven with the best quality coating will rust. The reason is that cast iron is the material used in the making of most Dutch ovens.

2. You should clean your oven using a brush with hot water. Soap must be avoided at all costs, or else, your next food preparation will have a soapy taste to it. This is because the metal used in making Dutch ovens has pore, which absorb whatever is put in it. The flavor of the same gets transferred to the next dish that you cook in it. In fact, the damage of soap can be such, that in case of even accidentally using soap, you might even have to get the coating on the oven replaced.

3. The composition of the oven is such, that it can only be used for slow cooking. And hence try to avoid any hasty cooking by using this oven in ho fire as it will lead to severe damage of your dutch oven and also result in your food being completely burnt.

4. An empty dutch oven, if placed on hot coals may crack it.

5. The Dutch oven may crack, even if cold water is added to it.

6. The best way to store your Dutch oven, is by coating it lightly with some oil.

If you adhere to these tips, your Dutch oven will remain fit to produce some lip-smacking fare. You can choose from amongst the extensive range of Dutch ovens found over the Internet. Depending on your requirements and the size of your family and the kind of food you wish to cook at the campgrounds, you can decide whether to buy a large dutch oven or a small one. And if you have a large feast in mind, go in for even more than one oven.

Choose Life

Earning a Grammy nomination for every album released isn't too shabby a track record. That's why it shouldn't surprise most that Big Tent Revival's fourth recording, Choose Life, is another giant leap forward for this quintet with the Midas touch. The album deftly captures the group's deepening maturity in both spirituality and songwriting abilities. You can't help but get caught up in the feel-good, bouncy flow of rockers like "Livin' Off Your Love" and "Fill Me with Your Spirit," each a likely radio hit. Yet the group can change pacing, as with the title track, a yearnful, poignant ballad, and the softly melodic "This Is the Word of God." The release ends on a wild, rowdy note with the Christmas rave-up "That's What I Want for Christmas." Indeed, there is an air of sophistication, a comfort zone if you will, that BTR appears to have reached on Choose Life. It's safe to say this is the band's finest hour. --Michael Lyttle
Customer Review: Wonderful worship CD
It is wonderful that I can find good CD's online. Now I can listen and worship God with this music any time I can.
Customer Review: Great Sound
Choose Life and Word of God really minister to me on this CD. Try it, you just might like it. BTR has a great mix of soaring guitar licks and heavy percussion. Like a cross between classic rock and southern rock.

One of the jewels along the Garden Route, the Wilderness National Park is situated on the banks of the Touw River. This park is reminiscent almost of a fantasy world, complete with entrancing lakes and rivers, beautiful beaches and thick forests blanketing the slopes of the mountains. Among the attractions of this park are excellent bird watching opportunities, hikes along scenic nature trails and of course the chance to camp beneath the wide open African sky. Remember to bring your camera along, because this park offers photographic opportunities of the beautifully lush region which are not to be missed.

Visitors to South Africa, or South African's exploring their own country can look forward to learning a lot more about the local flora and fauna. Wilderness National Park hosts a wide variety of animal and bird-life, as well as forests and shrubs. Be sure to bring along a book on the local birds and a pair of binoculars to make for an unforgettable bird watching experience. Here are some of the birds you can expect to see; the Grey and Purple Heron, the Little Egret, the African Spoonbill, Little Bittern and Red Knobbed Coot. Wild fowl are a common sight in the park, with Yellow Billed Ducks, Macoa Ducks, White Backed Ducks, the Cape Shoveler, Southern Pochard and Hottentots Teal among them.

The bird hide at Rondvlei serves as the ideal location from which watchers can spot the Baillon's Crake, African Rail and Purple Gallinule. A visit to the nearby Swartvlei estuary will give visitors the chance to see more waders and the Caspian Tern, along with many of the birds mentioned above.

The park offers accommodation in the form of a rest camp, named the Ebb & Flow camp, which is divided into north and south sections. Running alongside the rest camp is the Touw River, with the muddy banks patrolled by White Fronted Plover. Along the Touw River are a series of lakes; the Eilandvlei, Langvlei and Rondvlei, each containing a variety of water-life and attracting birds such as the Great Crested and Black Necked Grebe.

During peek periods of the season it becomes essential to book a spot in the park's rest camp, as day visitors will not be allowed. Also take into consideration that pets will not be allowed into the park.

On the whole this park offers a beautiful spot for a getaway trip, especially so for bird lovers. Secluded nature trails are begging to be explored, the lush forests offer private picnic spots and then there is the always present chance of spotting wild game. Keep your eyes open especially for the colourful Knysne Lourie.

Take a trip to the beautiful Wilderness National Park on the Garden Route of South Africa.
